Following the release of his debut single “Homegrown<\/a>,” UK artist Emanuel Andrade, who goes by the stage name Keeper<\/strong>, is back with his sophomore single “Blue Eyes<\/a>.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The track is accompanied by an avant-garde music video that could easily be mistaken for an entry in an indie film festival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“This song has to be one of my favourites of the EP,<\/em>” says Andrade. “I tried developing my writing style with this one, focus on metaphors and ways of distorting lyrics to make it ambiguous. The song, from my point of view, is a back and forth between the voices on your shoulder, arguing with the bad in hopes of reaching the “good.” Trying to fight off the dark and negative basically.<\/em> Something, which given the current issues, I think is extremely prevalent. It’s quite literally telling the despair to ‘Fk off” .<\/em>“<\/p>\n\n\n\n
