ABOUT THE TRACK: After recently gracing the cover of Spotify’s “Top Of The Core” playlist, Buffalo-based metalcore quartet Until I Wake return with their new single “Less Of Me.” The band slows things down a bit on the melodic banger, exploring new tones and a penchant for lyrics that tug at the heartstrings. Shot during the social-distancing era, the music video for “Less Of Me” takes a creative approach of using green screen technology mixed with live performances.
“‘Less Of Me’ is a song that shows our softer side,” says vocalist Cody Johnson. “We recorded the video ourselves due to lockdown from covid-19. The lyrics are about giving up on a relationship that feels one sided, watching someone move on and not seem to care while you are left hurting.“
